NTC GROUP, Cambodia and HCM University of Technology, Vietnam, hereinafter called “The Parties”, guided by their wish to expand cooperation and exchanges in the field of education on the basis of equality, mutual understanding and efficiency, agree upon the following:
The Parties extend the bounds of international cooperation and develop partnership relations in the field of education by encouraging and supporting educational, professional and intercultural mobility of students, teachers and staff, according to the directions provided by Article 2 of the present Memorandum. The Parties express willingness to develop cooperation in any field of mutual interest, including expansion of academic opportunities for students, as well as opportunities for the development of staff of the institutions mentioned above, on the basis of individual contracts and agreements.
Directions of mutually beneficial cooperation may include the following but are not limited to:
- Scholarship provision program;
- Teaching staff exchanges and visit programmes;
- Student cultural exchange programmes and study tours;
- Joint lectures, conferences and seminars;
- Educational management training exchange programmes.
The Parties will focus their efforts on creating conditions promoting development of constructive long-term partnerships in the field of education.
